My teaching style
I offer classes in various yoga styles: Classical Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. My teaching combines strength-building elements with meditative sequences, where the postures are practised in harmony with the breath. Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
Through my advanced training in yoga therapy with Dr. Ronald Steiner, I can safely and effectively respond to individual needs and physical limitations. In addition, many health insurance providers recognise my yoga sessions. Discover yoga as a path to more balance, strength, and well-being – individually tailored to your body and your needs!

What participants say
Thanks to my many years of training as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, as well as my extensive teaching experience, I am able to adapt the practice individually to the needs and abilities of each participant. I have already had the privilege of guiding more than 200 individuals aged 16 to 80.
For nearly two years now, I have been practising Ashtanga Yoga weekly with Natalia.
Natalia is warm and compassionate – she responds to the individual needs of each person and supports everyone in their yoga journey. Both beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome. I always leave her classes feeling happy and deeply relaxed, and I look forward to each session with joy. The yoga studio also offers a beautiful atmosphere and plenty of space. Natalia’s classes are truly recommendable.

I’m proud to say that I was one of Natalia’s first students.
Right from the start, her calm and structured way of teaching sparked my enthusiasm for yoga. She guides each asana with clarity, precision and great care, which allowed her to support and encourage me individually – especially as a beginner back then. Her classes are well-balanced and suitable for all levels. She always offers variations for more advanced practitioners and responds to special requests.
Natalia’s teaching style and her passion for yoga have consistently inspired me to practise with her and to deepen my own yoga journey. I am deeply grateful for the support she has given me over the past years.

I attend Natalia’s classes and find every session enriching.
Natalia is a warm and approachable person who guides the lessons clearly and understandably. I started about two years ago without any prior experience and have learned a lot since then.

Your entry into the world of yoga
Ashtanga Vinysa Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga belongs to the physical practices of Hatha Yoga. It is characterised by dynamic, powerful movements in which the asanas (postures) are performed in a flowing sequence, synchronised with the breath. The postures follow a fixed order and are linked in continuous movement.
If you want to strengthen your body, calm your mind and move towards holistic well-being, Ashtanga Yoga is the perfect practice for you.

Yin Yoga
This passive style of yoga makes it possible to take the body’s anatomy and meridians into account, allowing postures to be adjusted to individual needs. In Yin Yoga, the deep stretches are held for a long time (3–5 minutes). As a result, they affect not so much the muscles, but rather the deeper layers such as fascia, connective tissue, ligaments, tendons and joints. The spine in Yin Yoga should be gently rounded rather than straight. Most poses are performed seated or lying down. A Yin Yoga sequence brings both calm and energy at the same time.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is the yoga of deep relaxation. This technique allows for complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation within just half an hour. Nidra means sleep. This form of yoga perfectly unites the physical and psychological aspects of our being.
Physical and mental well-being is nothing other than the ability to live in harmony with the natural needs of human nature.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga – The Yoga of Balance and Energy
Hatha Yoga, the most well-known form of yoga in the West, is often referred to as the “Yoga of Energy.” The Sanskrit syllables “Ha” and “Tha” represent two central forces of human life: “Ha” symbolizes the sun – the active, rational consciousness, while “Tha” stands for the moon – the unconscious, emotions, and dreams. The aim of Hatha Yoga is to create a harmonious balance between these energies through physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), concentration, and meditation. When people talk about yoga, they are most often referring to this versatile and accessible form.

Meditation is the emptying of the mind from its experiences

Take time for yourself… Yoga brings you into the present moment – the only place where life truly exists.
